Follow-up Evaluations
Adobe requires recipients of In-kind Product Donations to send follow-up evaluations. These evaluations should include data on how you used Adobe products for your program/project. We encourage photographs of recipients using the software and examples of publications, brochures and art created with Adobe software (examples will not be returned). By sending them, you authorize our use and reproduction or use of these examples in promoting our In-kind Product Donation Program, and in demonstrating how non-profit organizations utilize product donations. We also ask that you provide copies of any recognition Adobe receives for this donation, e.g. logo in brochure, mention in media, etc.
Please complete the Application Form. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
